Our Clinical Services: We’re Open!

In accordance with requirements for Physical Distancing, Optaderm has re-designed our schedule and clinical practices for aesthetic & laser services as recommended by health authorities

You are going to hear this a lot everywhere you go:

Please do not come to the clinic if you have any of the following symptoms:

Fever,  Chills,  New or Worsening Cough, Shortness of Breath, New Muscle Aches or Headache, Sore throat, Have travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days, or you are a close contact of a person you has tested positive  for COVID-19

We’re delivering services by wearing masks, face shields, goggles, and lots of hand washing and sanitizers. Gloves are an option we are happy to discuss with you, but not always necessary depending on the service.

All of our facilities are cleaned with Hospital-Grade cleansing solutions, and all items used in our treatments are one-use only, including blankets which are then sent out for laundering.

We have also temporarily waived all late Cancellation Fees as a Community Service – if you’re not feeling good – stay home with our blessing (but do give us a quick call!)

All our skin care, body care, and hair care products are available here. We are happy to see you in our store, but we also encourage online shopping for simple re-stocking of your favourite items – you can also call ahead and we’ll have it ready for fast pick-up. We are waiving all Shipping Fees on orders over $100 within Canada ($150 for US mail orders) until September 30th, 2020.

Our Aestheticians are available for appointments for skin care, or – if you don’t want to come in, but still need advice, we’re available by phone to consult on your skin care issues and to assist you with product recommendations or refills of your favourites.
